Teddy and I got back to New York yesterday and we stopped by the apartment and everything looks really really great. We are really pleased with all the work that has happened. Again, everything looks really great, the painting, wallpaper, the trim work and the drawers in the master bathroom, all the electrical, etc. We are really pleased so keep up the good work. Dear David,
Last night we were watching the World Series and were able to hear such unbelievable detail. The crowd chatter and umpires calls were so clear- not like anything we have ever heard before.
We also watched Without A Trace, which I found out is in 5.1 sound. The detail was also amazing. We heard footsteps in the background and things that we never would have been able to hear before.
We are thrilled with the system and wanted to thank you, Eric and Chris again. I will definitely stay in touch and let you know when we are ready to do some additional work in the future. Thanks again!

Hello Bright Home Theater (BHT),
I want to take a moment to thank you Kerry and the entire BHT team for a great experience and helping make our new apartment a home.
As recent transplants from San Francisco the prospect of searching, screening, and hiring a partner vs a contractor was intimidating. We had experienced remodeling our home out west and having home entertainment systems installed. We thought we were well versed in service and expertise, because of BHT, we now know better.
Kerry and his team are first and foremost listeners. Secondly they are problem solvers. Not only did they hear our 'dreams' of what we wanted, once he understood our family's needs and wants he went about designing a solution. He carefully explained where the cost levers would most likely be and how flexible the approach could be in the whole system. Kerry 'knew' (because he listens) we had stacks of equipment that we did not need to buy again (the first sign they cared about our money as much as I did). Moreover never did I hear Kerry ask "How much do you want to spend?" until I was comfortable that they understood what we wanted.
Kerry designed a system that met our needs. The system is stylish, elegant, and importantly functional.
The BHT team is comfortable, confident, courteous, and importantly flexible. The team responded to our concerns and changes, worked while we lived in our space, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. No detail was left unchecked and the responsiveness of the team can not be understated.
I would recommend the BHT to anyone without reservation, knowing that they will be as happy as we are.
